  1. Booking & Stay
    The property may only be occupied during the confirmed booking dates and times.
  2. Check-in & Check-out
    Check-in starts from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
  3. Maximum Occupancy
    The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Additional overnight guests are not permitted.
  4. Quiet Hours
    Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please avoid loud music, parties, and excessive noise.
  5. Smoking & Pets
    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and pets are not allowed.
  6. Security Deposit
    A refundable security deposit may be required before check-in to cover damages or excessive cleaning.
  7. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation and refund policies are applied according to the booking terms shown during reservation.
  8. Property Care
    Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and tidy condition and reporting any damage immediately.
  9. Illegal Activities
    Any illegal activities, commercial use, subletting, or unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.
  10. Personal Belongings
    Please ensure all personal belongings are collected before departure. Lost items will be kept for a limited period.

Governing Law

This Short-Term Rental Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the property is located. By making a reservation, the Guest agrees that any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved under the applicable laws of that jurisdiction.
